所以我不会给你推荐那些贵到没边的酒店，但又不能住得太随意，怎么办呢？过去一年我的窍门是，主动发现一些**酒店，它们既有当地特色，又能保证一定的住宿品质。这并不说这份清单当中就不能出现顶级奢华的酒店！重点是，我可以拥有**在“网红酒店之外”的、更多的选择。

巴塞罗那的 The One 临近巴塞罗那扩展区最为著名的格拉西亚大道（Paseo de Gracia），与高迪的经典作品米拉之家（La Pedrera）仅相隔 100 米。

星际酒店集团（Starhotels）是总部位于意大利佛罗伦萨的酒店品牌，旗下酒店主题相当一致，那就是 Made in Italy。事实上星际酒店旗下有 23 家都位于意大利本土，海外仅有 6 家。伦敦的这家佩勒姆酒店位于南肯辛顿中心地带，到肯辛顿花园仅需步行 15 分钟。

这家佩勒姆酒店采取了一种折衷式的设计语言，将古典与现代结合，既营造出家的舒适温馨，也将西伦敦的经典气质融入其中；酒店内 52 间客房风格各异，但大多以亮色为主调。

值得一提的是这里的餐厅 La Tratorria，由米其林主厨 Alfredo Russo 带来演绎的新式意大利风味，这位年轻的主厨在意大利和迪拜均有自己的餐厅，而且屡获殊荣。

富丽敦酒店算得上璞富腾 Legend 系列的代表，建筑本身所在的浮尔顿大厦是一座建于 1928 年的新古典主义建筑，前身为新加坡邮政总局、也是新加坡俱乐部所在地，二战期间还被用作医院。2015 年这里被刊登为国家纪念碑，这个重要文化和建筑遗产的每一处细节都在讲述着新加坡的传奇。

酒店开业于2001 年，早在 2006 富丽敦酒店就被国际版《悦游》（Conde Nast Traveler）评选为亚洲最佳酒店，2017 年则被猫途鹰（TripA**isor）评选为新加坡最受欢迎酒店。从酒店出发，新加坡值得拜访的地标如鱼尾狮公园、国家美术馆都在步行 10 分钟的范围内。

Hotel Emma 位于美国德克萨斯州的圣安东尼奥市，毗邻珍珠河。建筑的前身是一间建于 1894年的啤酒厂，在当时是圣安东尼奥市的地标。酒店的名字是为了纪念在美国禁酒时期带领酒厂度过这一艰难时期的艾玛·克勒（Emma Koehler）女士。

酒店共有 146 间客房及 7 间顶级套房建在啤酒厂的塔楼之上，外部的历史痕迹与内部的具有德州南部特色的现代化装潢，使人恍惚间似有穿梭时空之感。如今，在酒店内仍然能看见工业时代遗留的“艺术品”。比如一间套房的天花板是曾经一个铁质漏斗的底部，大厅内摆放着二十世纪早期使用的压缩机，一些青铜的工业机械成了如今的照明设备。

每间房内的陈设均追求细节之美，如浴室内的手工西班牙瓷砖及 Frette 毛巾。不过真正吸引我的是这里一间藏有当地知名**家、历史学家 Sherry Kafka Wagner 3700 余册图书的图书馆，在一间“酒厂”里读旧书想来也会很有趣。
